Terma ini terpakai kepada penggunaan Miker Pizza Wallet dan e-kredit dalam app Miker Pizza, yang dikendalikan oleh
MIKER PIZZA SDN BHD (No. Pendaftaran 202001035637 (139158-K)) (“Miker Pizza”, “kami”). Dengan menekan “Terima”, anda bersetuju dengan terma ini.
1. Apa itu Miker Pizza Wallet
Miker Pizza Wallet menyimpan nilai yang hanya boleh digunakan untuk membeli di Miker Pizza melalui app.
Ia mempunyai dua jenis baki: Baki Tunai (wang yang anda top-up) dan Kredit Promosi (e-kredit yang kami berikan, contohnya kredit sambutan).
Miker Pizza Wallet bukan akaun bank atau deposit, tidak memberi faedah, dan tidak dilindungi oleh Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM).
2. Top-up
Top-up dibuat melalui FPX (BayarCash) mengikut jumlah yang ditawarkan dalam app, bermula RM30.
Jumlah baki (Baki Tunai dan Kredit Promosi) tidak boleh melebihi RM500.
Miker Pizza menanggung caj transaksi top-up. Anda menerima nilai penuh yang anda bayar.
Top-up dimasukkan selepas bank anda mengesahkan bayaran. Jika bayaran berjaya tetapi tidak dapat dimasukkan (contohnya melebihi had), kami akan memulangkannya kepada anda.
3. Menggunakan Miker Pizza Wallet
Baki boleh digunakan untuk membayar pesanan Miker Pizza dalam app, secara penuh. Bayaran separa dengan kaedah lain tidak disokong.
Kredit Promosi digunakan dahulu, kemudian Baki Tunai.
Baki tidak boleh dikeluarkan sebagai tunai, dipindahkan kepada orang lain, atau ditukar kepada wang.
4. Pembatalan dan refund
Pesanan yang dibayar dengan Miker Pizza Wallet dan kemudian dibatalkan akan dikembalikan ke Miker Pizza Wallet, kepada jenis baki yang sama.
Refund separa (contohnya item habis stok) boleh dikembalikan ke Miker Pizza Wallet.
Pesanan FPX yang dibatalkan dipulangkan ke akaun bank anda, atau ke Miker Pizza Wallet jika anda bersetuju.
5. Kredit Promosi (e-kredit)
Kredit Promosi ialah ganjaran tanpa nilai tunai. Ia tidak boleh ditebus sebagai wang, dipindahkan, atau dikembalikan sebagai tunai.
Kredit sambutan RM10 diberi sekali sahaja bagi setiap orang, akaun dan peranti, selepas anda:
(a) memasang app Miker Pizza di skrin utama, (b) membenarkan notifikasi, (c) melengkapkan profil, dan
(d) menerima terma ini.
Kredit sambutan tiada tarikh luput, melainkan dimaklumkan sebaliknya dalam app. Kredit promosi lain mengikut syarat yang dinyatakan bersamanya.
Kami boleh menarik balik Kredit Promosi yang diperoleh melalui penipuan, akaun palsu, atau penyalahgunaan tawaran.
Kami boleh menukar atau menamatkan tawaran kredit promosi pada bila-bila masa. Kredit yang sudah anda terima tidak terjejas.
6. Penggantungan akaun
Kami boleh membekukan Miker Pizza Wallet jika terdapat syak wasangka penipuan atau penyalahgunaan, sementara perkara itu disiasat.
Wang yang terhutang kepada anda, seperti refund, tetap akan dikembalikan.
7. Rekod dan pertikaian
Setiap transaksi direkodkan dan boleh dilihat di Payment history dalam app. Jika anda tidak bersetuju dengan
sesuatu transaksi, hubungi kami di hello@mikerpizza.com
dengan nombor pesanan atau rujukan top-up. Kami akan menyiasat dan memaklumkan keputusannya.
8. Menutup akaun
Hubungi kami untuk menutup akaun anda. Baki Tunai yang tinggal akan diuruskan mengikut undang-undang yang terpakai. Kredit Promosi luput apabila akaun ditutup.
9. Perubahan terma
Kami akan memaklumkan perubahan dalam app. Anda perlu menerima versi baharu sebelum menggunakan Miker Pizza Wallet semula.
10. Undang-undang
Terma ini ditadbir oleh undang-undang Malaysia. Data peribadi anda diuruskan mengikut Notis Privasi kami.

(“Miker Pizza”, “we”). By tapping “Accept” you agree to them.
1. What Miker Pizza Wallet is
Miker Pizza Wallet holds value that can only be spent at Miker Pizza, in the app.
It has two balances: Cash Balance (money you top up) and Promotional Credit (e-credit we give you, such as the welcome credit).
Miker Pizza Wallet is not a bank account or deposit, earns no interest, and is not protected by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM).
2. Top-up
Top-ups are made by FPX (BayarCash) in the amounts the app offers, from RM30.
Your total balance (Cash Balance plus Promotional Credit) cannot exceed RM500.
Miker Pizza pays the top-up transaction fee; you get the full amount you paid.
A top-up is credited once your bank confirms it. If a payment succeeds but cannot be credited (for example it would exceed the limit), we will return it to you.
3. Using Miker Pizza Wallet
Your balance pays for Miker Pizza orders in the app, in full; splitting a payment with another method is not supported.
Promotional Credit is used first, then Cash Balance.
Balances cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to anyone else, or exchanged for money.
4. Cancellations and refunds
An order paid from Miker Pizza Wallet and later cancelled goes back to Miker Pizza Wallet, to the same balances it came from.
A part refund (for example an item that ran out) may be returned to Miker Pizza Wallet.
A cancelled FPX order is refunded to your bank account, or to Miker Pizza Wallet if you agree.
5. Promotional Credit (e-credit)
Promotional Credit is a reward with no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for money, transferred, or refunded as cash.
The RM10 welcome credit is given once only per person, account and device, after you
(a) add the Miker Pizza app to your home screen, (b) allow notifications, (c) complete your profile, and
(d) accept these terms.
The welcome credit does not expire unless the app tells you otherwise. Other promotional credit follows the conditions stated with it.
We may take back Promotional Credit obtained through fraud, fake accounts or abuse of an offer.
We may change or end promotional credit offers at any time; credit you have already received is not affected.
6. Suspension
We may freeze a Miker Pizza Wallet while suspected fraud or abuse is looked into. Money owed to you, such as refunds, is still returned.
7. Records and disputes
Every transaction is recorded and shown under Payment history in the app. If you disagree with a transaction,
contact hello@mikerpizza.com with the order number or
top-up reference; we will look into it and tell you the outcome.
8. Closing your account
Contact us to close your account. Any remaining Cash Balance is handled as the applicable law requires; Promotional Credit lapses when the account is closed.
9. Changes
We will tell you about changes in the app, and you will need to accept the new version before using Miker Pizza Wallet again.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Notice.
Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Malaysia dan English, versi Bahasa Malaysia akan diguna pakai.
· If the two versions differ, the Bahasa Malaysia version prevails.
